(1) The product meets the requirements of ga494-2004 "fall prevention equipment for fire protection".

(2) The width and thickness of the ribbon are 45 ± 2mm and 1.5 ± 0.5mm respectively.

(3) Vertical direction static tension: the whole belt has no damage after 22kn static load test.

(4) Ribbon material: high strength polyester fiber (polyester fiber).

(5) There is at least one load-bearing connecting part in front of the waist or the chest and sword bone of the safety sling.

(6) The width of the load-bearing webbing of the safety harness shall not be less than 40m and not more than 70mm.

(7) The safety harness can be adjusted to fit different body types.

(8) The webbing edge of the safety harness can prevent the yarn from loosening by heat sealing or other measures.

(9) The stitches of the safety harness match with the webbing, which is easy to check with naked eyes; the back stitching of the stitching joint and end is not less than 13mm; the lines and stitches are straight and neat, without obvious bending or stacking, needle skipping, stitching and breakage.

(10) The pull ring of the safety belt is not welded.

(11) The buckle of the safety belt makes it easy to adjust the length of the safety belt, fast to wear, and no loosening or slipping.

(12) The corner radius of the buckle of the safety harness shall not be less than 6 mm.

(13) The buckle and the pull ring have no edges, burrs, cracks, obvious indentation, scratches and other defects, and their edges are arc-shaped.

(14) The parts and components of the safety harness shall be installed properly, the whole harness shall be straight and tidy, and there shall be no oil pollution, defect and other defects damaging the appearance.

(15) The product has static load performance, impact resistance, high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance of metal parts.

(16) Impact resistance: the safety harness will not loose from the manikin, and there will be no obvious damage to the safety performance of the safety harness.

(17) High temperature resistance: the ribbon and suture of the safety sling will not melt or coking.

(18) Corrosion resistance of metal parts: after the salt spray test, the appearance still meets the requirements of GB / T 6461-2002 appearance grade assessment of light grade.
