Secondary chemical protective clothing

(1) This product complies with the national GA770-2008 "Firefighter Chemical Protective Clothing" technical standard.

(2) It is used to protect the whole body when handling high-concentration, strong-permeable liquids and gases on-site in chemical disasters.

(3) Face screen: It is made of hard transparent double-layer material, large window, no deformation, no delamination, treated with permanent anti-fog coating on both sides, resistant to chemical penetration.

(4) The product has the properties of flame retardant, heat aging, cold resistance, non-slip, and puncture resistance.

(5) Heat aging resistance: no stickiness or brittleness after 125℃×24h.

(6) Cold resistance: After the sample is frozen at -25℃ for 5 minutes, take the sample out, straighten it quickly, and observe that there is no crack on the surface of the sample.

(7) Flame retardant performance (flame burning time): 1.4s.

(8) Flame retardant performance (flameless burning time): 1.0s.

(9) Flame retardant performance (damaged length): 7.7cm.

(10) Tensile strength: warp direction: 23kN/m, weft direction: 20kN/m.

(11) The puncture resistance of the boot sole: ≥1100N.

(12) Anti-slip performance: the initial sliding angle left: 22.5°, the initial sliding angle right: 23.0°.

(13) Overall water leakage resistance: no leakage after 20 minutes.
